Arc Rewards Terms of Service

Arc Rewards is the loyalty program for Blaze and Magic Mushroom, two retail stores in Houston, Texas, operated by Zarwin Holdings LLC ("we", "us"). By joining Arc Rewards, you agree to these terms.
The program
- Members earn points on purchases at Blaze and Magic Mushroom, as shown in the Arc Rewards app and in store, and can redeem points for the rewards offered in the app and in store.
- New members receive the starter points shown at signup.
- Points have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and can only be used within Arc Rewards.
- Points and rewards are tracked per store, as shown in your account.
- We may change point values, rewards, or other program features, and we may end the program, with notice posted on this website or in store.
- We may correct points balances where an error occurred, and may close accounts used fraudulently.
Text messaging terms
- If you check the consent box at signup, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Arc Rewards about loyalty updates and offers from Blaze and Magic Mushroom, sent to the mobile number you provided.
- Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase, and joining Arc Rewards does not require you to opt in to texts.
- Reply STOP at any time to opt out of texts. Reply HELP for help. After you opt out, you may receive one final confirmation message.
- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information, including our commitment not to sell your mobile number or share your text messaging consent with third parties for their marketing.
General
- These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
- We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page.
